“I’m a renter. My landlord contracted with Perry Roofing to put on a new roof. Great experience. When we interacted with the workers they were polite. The foreman communicated well and came by after the job was finished to talk with us and ensure everything went well. During the work, an A/C vent in the ceiling came a little loose. I think one of the screws was already missing and it was only held up by one screw and friction. But they still took responsibility and are in the process of fixing it (they just finished the roof today).”
