Kristin heads up the Orlando service division and assists in coordination, purchasing and paperwork for Orlando commercial projects. She has six years of roofing experience and is very involved in the community. Adopt-A-Child Backpack Program, Salvation Army Angel Tree, breast cancer awareness and heart health are just a few of Kristin' charitable interests. She and husband Michael have two children, Ashley and Caden.

Maureen Kennedy
Business Development Manager

Maureen cultivates and maintains client relationships for Perry Orlando. With 11 years of outside sales and business development experience, she is devoted to customer service and enjoys demonstrating the Perry experience to all new customers. Maureen's professional memberships include CFHLA, WIC and AAGO. Her hobbies revolve around the interests of her three children aged nine, seven and four. Maureen and husband Paul have been married 10 years and reside in Mt. Dora.
