Residential Sales and Estimating

Aaron is responsible for sales and estimating of Gainesville and surrounding area residential projects. He joined Perry in 2004 and has a reputation for exceeding customer expectations. Aaron is graduate of NC State and holds a Civil Engineering degree. When not working, he enjoys working out, Frisbee golf and racquetball. Married for 18 years, he and wife, Melody, have three children Zachary, 14, Megan, 12, and Hope, 10.

Carl Jensen
Residential Project Manager

Carl utilizes his 30 years of roofing experience daily as he oversees the smooth functioning of residential roof projects. Also, he is one of the knowledgeable sales team members who will examine your roof and propose the perfect roof solutions. Carl is a state certified contractor and devotes personal time to Habitat for Humanity. He and wife, Therese have been married 20 years and have a son, Cole, 13.

Becky Crain
Residential Department Administrator

Becky coordinates all aspects of the Gainesville residential division and will be the friendly voice who helps guide you to roofing solutions. With 15 years of customer service experience, Becky prides herself in offering the best roofing experience possible to our clients. She joined the Perry team in 2003 and enjoys gardening, camping, fishing and other outdoor actives. Becky has been married 13 years and has three children.
