Ken Brown
Estimator/Project Manager

Ken is responsible for estimating Gainesville commercial projects and managing them from start to finish. He takes great pride in developing strong client relationships. A Building Construction graduate from the University of Florida, Ken worked with various industry contractors before joining Perry in 2008. He is newly wed to wife, Priscilla and enjoys outdoor activities. Ken has a lifetime goal of visiting every Florida state park.

Chris Glenn
Estimator/Project Manager

Chris is responsible for developing vital client relationships, estimating and managing Gainesville commercial projects. An aeronautical graduate from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Chris spent several years in residential construction before joining the Perry Commercial team. Chris' charitable interests include outreach to migrant workers of Immokalee, the Gainesville homeless community and House of Hope in Gainesville. He and wife, Lauren, have been married nine-years and have a daughter, Madison, 8.

Vern Gank
Project Superintendent

Vern is responsible for the smooth functioning of commercial job sites. He juggles scheduling of all roofing crews, distributing equipment and material to job sites and daily site visits to ensure safety, quality and production. Also, Vern serves as a liaison between field, office and clients roof consultants. A former US Marine, he has 34 years of commercial roofing experience. Outside of work, he enjoys breeding, raising, handling and showing Golden Retrievers. Married for 16 years, Vern has a daughter, 27, and son, 13.
