Service Technicians
Trouble shoot leak issues, have the ability to understand and utilize the techniques associated with the installation and repair of the following roof systems: EPDM/TPO/PVC, BUR, Modified Bitumen, Shingles, Tile and Metal. If you are motivated, results oriented and enjoy a positive work environment we are willing to train the right individual.

Warehouse Superintendent
Coordinate activities, including ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, shipping materials, supplies, tools, and equipment to stockroom, warehouse, or yard. Supervise laborers. Forklift certification and ability to lift or move 50 - 100 pounds required. Ability to navigate within various computer software programs. Bi-lingual a plus! We are a drug-free workplace. EOE. Experienced Estimator
Responsible for providing detailed roof system pricing estimates. Position based at the busy headquarters in Gainesville, Fl. BA degree in building construction plus (2) years commercial estimating experience. Strong analytical capabilities and adherence to construction principles and standards. Familiarity with excel spreadsheets required.

Roofers

Sheet Metal Journeyman
Perry Roofing is looking for an experienced, impressive, safety-conscious Sheet Metal Journeyman in Gainesville, FL to: fabricate complex and prototype jobs starting with customer drawings; program and operate Brake; inspect quality of production work and train equipment operators. Delight customers with your customer service abilities, process improvement experience, cost reduction and quality improvement skills. Provide operator equipment training for safety, quality, preventive maintenance, and recordkeeping requirements. Assist Estimators to develop best solutions to difficult fabricating requirements. Other duties as assigned. Have 10 years experience in precision sheet metal fabrication; operating experience on sheet metal equipment; ability to use computer drawing software; ability to perform quality inspections using precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, caliper, indicators, sine plates, protractors; knowledge of finishes, paints, plating, anodize, etc. We are a drug-free workplace.
