Keith Perry
President

Keith founded Perry Roofing in 1976 with one truck. Under his leadership, the company has grown to 200 employees and is one of RSI's Top 100 Roofing Contractors. Keith has served as the President of the North Central Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Association. He certainly embodies the term “Raising the Roof” where community involvement is concerned and has served as the President of the “House of Hope” since the program’s inception in 1996. House of Hope is a Christian-based program that integrates men and women whom were formerly incarcerated back into society. Keith employs several of the House’s residents. Other charitable interests include the Boy’s and Girl’s Club, Habitat for Humanity, Dignity Project and Reichert House. Keith and his wife Amy married 15 years ago in March of 1994 and have two children: Amanda, born in 2001, and Alexis, born in 1997.  

 

Tim Hall
Chief Operating Officer

As Perry Roofing's Chief Operating Officer, Tim oversees all roofing operations. He has over 20 years of general manager experience and eleven years direct roofing industry experience. Throughout his years with the company, he has trained scores of roofing crews, imparting technical expertise and his values around doing roofs right. Tim participates in Leadership Gainesville, RoofConnect, the National Association of Roofing Contractors and the Central Florida Builder's Association.  When not playing basketball for team Perry or supporting his alma mater the University of Georgia, he is with his wife Karen, son, Tyler, 15, and daughter Kathyrne, 13.

 
 

 

Nanette Holton
Controller

Nanette is the controller of the organization, responsible for all financial aspects of Perry Roofing. She joined the company in 2006.

 
 

 

 


   

Brian Klepp
Fleet/Warehouse/Sheet Metal Administrator

Brian is responsible for the commercial purchasing and ensuring that all Perry jobs meet their budgets. Also, he works closely with our valued distributors and manufacturers to ensure our working relationships stay strong. Brian joined the company in 2007.

  

 

 

 

 

Austin King
IT Manager/Graphic Designer

Austin provides IT support for the employees of Perry Roofing including, but not limited to, cell phones, computers and software. He also manages and maintains the Perry Roofing servers and network.  In his spare time, Austin enjoys firearms and snorkeling. He will marry his middle school sweetheart in November of 2009.
